First, you'll submit our Gift Experience Questionnaire to help us better understand the type of experience you'd like to ​create.
Review
Next, we will review your questionnaire so that we can map out some preliminary ideas for designing your experience.
Collaborate
We will then scheduling a virtual meeting with you to collaborate and exchange ideas and gather any final information needed to design your unique gift package.
Design
Once we have all the necessary information, we will begin the process of designing and crafting your gift experience. We will continue to share our ideas and designs with you to ensure that we deliver the most personalized and appreciated gift experience possible.
Deliver
Upon completion, we will deliver your gift package so that you can surprise your loved one with a one-of-a-kind gift they will never forget. The delivery of your gift will form an integral part of the magic of the experience for it is the moment the experience officially "begins". Each gift experience has its own personalized form of delivery and we will work with you to find just the perfect fit.

Your utmost and emphatical satisfaction is not only our goal, it is how we measure our success. We will do what it takes to make sure you and/or your loved one(s) are elated with the experience, and that you leave feeling as if the whole universe has revolved around you in perfect synchronicity, space and time.
Do you offer a refund policy?
We are happy to discuss payment options and we love finding creative ways to help anyone craft their perfect gift experience regardless of current financial situations. While money can contribute and expand some of the options available, it is not the most important element when it comes to creating a magical experience. Let us know how we can be helpful.
Do you offer payment plans?
Since the sky isn't even the limit on our experience options, it really is impossible to say an average time to build an experience. We can create packages in a few days, and others can take months... it really depends on the complexity of the desired experience. That being said, we are happy to work long hours (as allowed by our current workload) to help you reach your special date should it be needed. And, once we have the details regarding the type of experience you'd like to create, we will provide an estimated delivery date, with an actual delivery date provided once all experience details are agreed upon.
How long will it take to create my gift experience?
Presenting your gift is always the first stage of the experience and so we put a lot of thought into finding just the perfect way for your gift to be given and received. Sometimes a physical, custom-made package is involved which includes instructions for the recipient to either schedule their experience, or to begin the journey. Sometimes the experience is presented real-time as part of the surprise. Sometimes it is presented in electronic format... there are endless possibilities and we explore them all to find the best fit for you. As with every part of our experience packages, the magic is in the details.
How are the gift experiences "delivered" to the recipient?
Your input is imperative to creating an experience that your recipient will never forget. However, we are experts in what we do so don't worry... we will guide you through the process using creative ways to uncover the details we need in order to get to know your recipient and their deepest desires. Throughout the process of designing your experience, you'll be our sounding board for ideas. The process will be fun and easy, and you'll end up feeling like the most thoughtful and skilled gift giver as you watch your loved one receive the gift of being cherished, honored and loved.
